Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account — name, email address and a password, which is stored hashed. We never see or store your password in readable form.
• Payment proof — the screenshot you upload and the UTR reference, so we can confirm the payment against our bank account.
• Membership records — which plan you bought, when it starts and ends, and our approval decisions.
• Basic usage — sign-in times and access decisions, so we can spot shared accounts and answer “why can I not get in?”.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials or UPI PINs. Payments happen inside your own UPI app — we only ever see the screenshot you choose to send and the reference number.

Why we hold it

To give you what you paid for, to confirm payments, to answer support questions, and to keep the accounting records a business is required to keep.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the service providers needed to run the site — our hosting provider, and the email service used to send you receipts and expiry reminders. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and payment records are kept while you are a member and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Payment screenshots are deleted once the payment has been confirmed and the accounting period has closed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@pivottradeacademy.in and we will act on it. Some records must be retained for statutory accounting even after an account is closed.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser stores your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. The database is not reachable from the internet. No system is perfect, so please use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
